In today’s society, there’s often a stigma that you have to look a certain way or come from a certain background to succeed. I started Brown and Pretty Girls, Inc. to change that narrative. I want young brown and black girls to know that they are enough — beautiful, intelligent, and capable of achieving anything they set their minds to. This organization was created to empower, uplift, and remind them that their dreams are valid and their voices matter. Through mentorship, sisterhood, and self-love, we help every girl recognize the power and beauty that already lives within her.

The mission of Brown and Pretty Girls, Inc. is to empower girls of color to embrace their beauty, purpose, and potential. Through mentorship, education, and community engagement, we provide opportunities for personal growth, leadership development, and self-confidence. We strive to create a safe space where every girl feels seen, supported, and inspired to soar beyond limitations — just like a butterfly discovering her wings.
